Mr. Resnick concentrates his practice in Wills & Trusts, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration. During nearly five decades in practice, he has guided individuals, families, and fiduciaries through the full life-cycle of wealth transfer—from lifetime planning strategies to the final settlement of complex estates. He taught Elder Law at Penn State University’s Abington campus and has been a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Drexel University’s College of Nursing, Neuman University, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Widener University, and the Montgomery Bar Association Elder Law Committee. Mr. Resnick is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Section, and the Delaware County Bar Association Elder Law Committee.
